Refund policy

Because of the personalised nature of my items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns and refunds are not accepted.
Once your order is placed it is final however, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

If you believe your order is defective or damaged contact must be made within 3 business days of delivery. Your order must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Once goods are received back by Glitzy Prints, a refund will be processed if item is deemed defective or damaged.
